Limited Warranty

SRJ CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (the “Company”), a Florida corporation, warrants that subject to the conditions and limitations of this limited warranty, the work will be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion for construction and five (5) years for roofing.

CONTRACTOR LIABILITY

SRJ Construction Corporation’s sole responsibility for breach of this limited warranty is the repair or replacement, at the Company’s option, of that portion of the work that is defective or deteriorated.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The unit owner must notify the SRJ Construction Corporation office in writing within thirty (30) days after the discovery of a defect.

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

This limited warranty does NOT cover any of the following:
1. Any repairs or other applications to the work after the date of completion, unless performed by
SRJ Construction Corporation.
2. Existing and new plumbing waste pipe stoppage.
3. Any repaired or refinished items.

ASSIGNABILITY

This limited warranty shall be for the benefit of the original owner and is not transferable.
