We specialize in residential rehabilitation projects for State Housing Initiative Partnership (S.H.I.P), Community Development Block Grant (C.D.B.G), Community Redevelopment Associates Inc. (C.R.A), Broward Alliance for Neighborhood Development (B.A.N.D), and the Minority Builders Coalition.

For more than four years we have served the city of Boca Raton as their Housing Consultant planner. We have revised, implemented, and executed the city’s specification manual, coordinating contractor’s bids, contract signing, written construction specifications, and performed job site inspections.
We have completed successfully various institutional construction projects for the Miami International Airport, the North Broward Hospital District, the Florida Department of Transportation, Broward College, Uni transfer USA, the South Florida Water Management District, and the Delice Paradise Restaurant in Coral Springs to name a few.
